Sayre, Oklahoma

The Beckham County Courthouse in Sayre is full of great history and a stop that you have to make while traveling on route 66. It was built in 1911, and one of the few courthouses in Oklahoma that is topped with a giant done. The courthouse is now a classic historic stop to make, and it is great to step inside and explore all 3 floors. Afterwards, there are some classic stops on the street where you can grab an old school milkshake and see some classic route 66 memorabilia.
