The Broadway Commercial District in Los Angeles is a six block are that has twelve, yes twelve, movie palaces located inside. One iconic theater to stop and see is the Los Angeles Theater (http://www.los-angeles-theatre.com/) and all of the amazing features that were built into the theater. They have giant fancy rooms that played the movies, but there was also a restaurant, play room for kids, and even a soundproof crying room in case the little ones got upset. Some of the other theaters on the block are the Arcade Theater, Cameo Theater, and Globe Theater. Also featured on this iconic block is the United Artist Theater, which is a famous gothic style church that features a series of murals on the inside from the famous Anthony Heinsbergen. Lastly, you can not forget to stop by the Orpheum Theater, which has housed many famous artist in the past, and is still used to this day for various TV shows.
