The Cadillac Ranch is a famous artistic installation that was done in the 70’s in Amarillo, Texas by Chip Lord. Tons of once beautiful, now classic Cadillac cars in rows, all shoved deep into the dirt, with there “butt ends” in the air. Over the years, people have spray painted their own touches to the cars, you can still do this to this day. Once you park in the parking lot, it is a very short walk to the actual cars. Even if you do not have your own spray paint, many people are more than welcome to share there’s if they brought some. It is always cool to have a chance to leave your mark on history. Although a lot of the cars are not in the best condition, the fact they are still standing strong goes to show you that your mark will still last quite awhile.
