Los Angeles, California
Chinatown is a stop everyone must make while in Los Angeles. Once you enter the street, you will be amazed by how beautiful it is. Although the street can get crowded, this is only because of the amazing shops you will find on this road. There are tons of shops where you can buy beautiful Chinese knick-knacks, statues, and even clothes. Always beware of the shop owners, who can pressure you into purchases, so a lot of people enjoy just walking by all the shops. Take some time to stop by the Thien Hau Temple (http://www.thienhautemple.com/), which always welcomes visitors to share their culture. Lastly, you can not leave Chinatown until you have stopped in one of the authentic restaurants and tried some of the food. Be prepared that some don’t speak any English, but food is a universal language everyone can speak!
