The Cyrus Avery Memorial Plaza is a great entrance into Tulsa from Route 66. Not only is there a beautiful arch that stretches across the highway with a huge Route 66 sign, but it is a nice chance to stop and see some cool sights. There are now walking and bike trails in the area around this plaza, which is nice to get outside and see some of the old country side. On top of that, there are tons of chances for beautiful pics of old route 66 décor. In the plaza, there is also tons of beautiful sculptures that everyone seems to appreciate, even if they are not huge art fans. Overall, it’s a great stop to make while on your travels.
