Pontiac, Illinois

The Livingston County War Museum in Pontiac is a great place to stop and learn about soldiers that have been in different wars. Not only are there tons of uniforms from different branches as well as different wars, but each uniform has a sign hanging from it that contains its own history. On this paper is a picture of the soldier who once wore that uniform, along with information about where in Lincoln County they came from. Also, they tell you where they served, and what war they served in. You will learn about some great soldiers who have fought for our country, along with some information about the wars we have been through in the past.
