Albuquerque, New Mexico

The National Museum of Nuclear Science and History is a large facility that has many different exhibits on different weapons and various bombs that have been made throughout history. Before you go by, make sure to stop by the Heritage Park outside, were there are old military vehicles that include cars and fighter jets. There are differently themed areas that help you see exhibits, such as the atomic bombs that were made and dropped on Japan. Another great exhibit is all about the development of the A-bomb, and how differently history would have ended up if we hadn’t beat the Germans to it. Of course, one of the last exhibits features the future of nuclear science and what all it can mean for our world.
