The Navajo County Historical Museum is located in Holbrook, Arizona and it gives you a chance to learn a side of history you don’t always get to here. This museum is also known by “the peoples museum” because it is just that. This museum is all about the lives of early settlers, from bankers and businessmen to homemakers and ranchers. It is great because it is right next to a visitors center, and both are open daily and free to the public! They have interesting artifacts such as old cameras, cash registers, and even an old barber shop setup (http://holbrookazmuseum.org/exhibits.php). One great thing about this museum is that they have various cultures represented in their museum, not just one.
