Laguna, New Mexico
The Pueblo of Laguna is a Native American reservation that can be found about 50 miles west of Albuquerque. While traveling down the road, you will see an iconic St. Joseph’s Church from the road, and when you see that white church beaming in the distance, you know that you have made it. This reservation is always ready to welcome guest, so that they can teach you by showing you their culture. You can stop by a lot of local shops there and see some amazing handmade crafts. However if you go on March 19, which is when their festival is (http://www.indianpueblo.org/19-pueblos/feast-days/), you will get the chance to see dances after the mass at the church, along with hundreds of booths that are full of crafts, clothes, and more.
